(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Due to COVID-19, there have been many changes around campus to keep Mustangs safe.

The latest additions to the Ranch are the new hand washing stations set up around campus.

Mustangs can now quickly and conveniently wash their hands in between classes around the courtyard.

Plant manager Sergio Rubio, who was responsible for installing the new sink stations said, “The goal of these stations is to give everyone on campus another way to clean and sanitize their hands besides the restroom sinks.”

There are currently four stations set up throughout the school and two more will be added shortly. Rubio said they would be permanent fixtures at the ranch from her on out.

Freshman Peter Amorin stated, “The stations are so helpful when it comes to staying clean. I can wash my hands between classes or right before lunch without having to go into the restrooms.”
