LRHS Peer Tutoring getting ready to help

Peer Tutoring has a history of letting Mustangshelp their fellow students.

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS Peer Tutoring Club is looking for virtual tutors.

Peer Tutoring is comprised of Mustangs from all grades whose goal is to make a difference and earn volunteer hours by tutoring fellow students.

Tutors can assist students in subjects including foreign languages, math, English, history and more.

The first meeting is set to be on Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Tutoring session are set to begin in early October.

Club President Carly Baker stated, “The tutoring sessions are going to be different this year, but we are excited to get started.”
