John Osborne – Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – It is already four weeks into the third quarter and progress reports are set to come out Feb. 6. Mustangs can view their progress reports on FOCUS.
“Progress reports are a good way to show the student where they are so far and how they are doing in the class, as well as what they can do to improve their grade before the quarter ends,” said LRHS math teacher Steven Shamblen.
Progress reports mark the halfway point through the quarter and will show all the students grades along with what they are missing or what they can do to improve their grades.
Mustangs express various levels of concern over the reports.
“I use my progress report to show myself how I’m doing this quarter and to make sure I am keeping up with all I can do,” said junior Daniel Hofer.
“I don’t really use my progress reports, but I can see why they are helpful to students and normally show me that we’re almost done with the quarter,” said senior Allysan Decker.
