(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Key Club is not wasting any time getting back to helping the community. They have lined up many events this month for their members to participate in and earn hours.
The Market at Lakewood Ranch: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Jan. 12, 19, and 26, Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, 8330 Lakewood Ranch Blvd, Lakewood Ranch. Members attending the event will be setting and clean up booths as well as serving food and assisting wherever is needed.
Manatee County Fair: 3-9 p.m. Jan. 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, and 26, 1402 14th Ave W, Palmetto. Members will be helping in the parking lot. All volunteers will get free parking and free admission to the fair before and after their shifts for the day.
S.O.L.E. Five-O-5K: 6:30-10 a.m. Jan. 18, Robinson Preserve, 1704 99th St NW, Bradenton. Volunteers will be working water stations, registration, and course Marshall stations while races going on members will also be helping with pre-reset up and post-race teardown.
PTO Meeting Childcare: 5:45-7:45 p.m. Jan. 23, Braden River Elementary PTO, 6125 River Club Blvd, Bradenton. Volunteers will watch Braden River elementary students while parents are in a PTO meeting.
Willis Father Daughter Dance: 6-9 p.m. Jan. 31, Robert Willis Elementary School, 14705 The Masters Ave, Bradenton. Volunteers will help pass out glow sticks, make crafts for children attending the dance, and will also help pass out food.
