Gracie Coyne and Maddie Forman – Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – This week Mustangs were asked “What are you doing over Thanksgiving break?”
Thanksgiving this year is on Thursday Nov. 28.
Junior Zack Goughenour said, “For Thanksgiving this year, I am going to visit my family in Missouri. I enjoy visiting them because I do not get to see them often. I am really looking forward to being with family and having Thanksgiving dinner.”
Junior Callie Bua said, “I am going to Gainesville for the University of Florida football game with my family and I have been looking forward to this game for a while and I am really excited!”
Senior Christopher Workman stated, “Over Thanksgiving break I am looking forward to playing hockey and practicing a lot in order to get ready for my last season of hockey. Also, I cannot wait to spend some time with friends and family and just have fun.”
Thanksgiving revolves around giving thanks and counting your blessings. It’s about being thankful and appreciation for your friends and family.
“I am hoping to go to the beach over Thanksgiving break and meeting new people. I am looking forward to spending some time with my family, too,” said senior Riley Vanskiver.
Senior Ariana Kelly agreed with Vanskiver.
“I am going to the beach and going Black Friday shopping with my friends and we are hoping to get some good deals,” said Kelly.
Senior Darian Mudge said, “Over break, I am going Black Friday shopping. Also, I am going fishing with my best friend and having a big turkey dinner with friends and family.”
