(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Last week, LRHS Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) completed its annual District 7 meeting.

LRHS, Manatee High School, Braden River High School and other schools throughout the district were all in attendance.

Altogether, the schools contributed 110 members to the conference.

LRHS FCCLA Chapter President Kaitlyn Wood stated, “It was great seeing how many people were able to come out and spend the day getting involved in FCCLA.”

The FCCLA district officers oversaw creating this year’s state theme, “Your Story”, and running the meeting.

Wood commented, “The District officers did a great job this year, and we can’t wait to attend next year.”
