Mustang A-Team off to a good start

NEWS(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS Academic team secured its first victory at Braden River High School. There were 16 teams competing, two of which were LRHS teams.

Andrew den Boggende, Joseph Gianonne, Leah Luri, Zach Miller, Cameron Symonds, Alexander Dantoulis and Lily Potter participated.

The LRHS A-Team competed in two sub-teams. On the black team was Gianonne, Luri and den Boggende; the silver team Miller, Potter, Symonds, and Dantoulils.

The black team placed second and den Boggende achieved a personal record high score.

Team silver had a good showing as well with Miller completing a question that was so difficult the room applauded at his answer.

Team adviser and LRHS art teacher Elizabeth Henry said the Mustangs had a successful evening and these students got to show off their knowledge and skill.
