(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Friday night is LRHS football Senior Night at the Ranch.  Senior cheerleaders, band members and football players will be recognized.

The Mustangs play St. Petersburg Dixie Hollins at 7:30 at home. It will be the last home game for the seniors.

Senior football player Gavin Goeden said, “It is really sad thinking about it being our last time ever on our home field playing in front of friends and family. All the seniors dying their hair blonde is cool though (senior football players are dying their hair in recognition of the night). It really brought us closer for the last game.”

Garrett Mancini  said, “I am very excited for this final game at home. It will be sad because most of us have been playing together for all 4 years, but we will go put on a show.”

Cheerleaders will also be recognized for their senior service.

Senior Taylor Ferber said, “I’m super excited for senior night.  I’m excited to walk out and cheer on the football players.

“It’s our last senior night so that will be a lot of fun, but bittersweet.”
