NEWS(LAKEWOOD RANCH)- The LRHS Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) are working to develop their student leadership for this year.

“I want to provide a safe place for students to worship and have a place to relax and feel at home,” physical education teacher and FCA sponsor Kelly Smith-William said.

Smith-Williams said that the club focuses on leadership and participates in community service. They have meetings every Wednesday morning and hand out breakfast for the LRHS athletic members to give them “brain fuel.”

FCA is looking forward to helping the community this year, as well as helping the LRHS athletic members put their best foot forward.

FCA will be holding an after-school bash to introduce themselves to the LRHS community on Wednesday. They will have games, free pizza, Gatorade, and shirts for new members.
