NEWS(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Students are preparing for the end of the third quarter on March 14. Next Friday, March 15, is record day so there will be no school for students.

March can be a very hectic time of the year for many Mustangs trying to keep their grades up and finish the quarter strong.

Because of the end of quarter, next week’s schedule has been adjusted; Monday and Wednesday are even days, and Tuesday and Thursday are odd days.

Senior Jules Catena said, “There’s a lot of pressure trying to keep grades up with it almost being the end of the year. Also, it’s very stressful trying to keep grades above 80% because any senior that gets below that must take finals.”

LRHS senior Brady Roberts said he’s looking forward to the end of the year.

“My favorite part about senior year has been the Friday night football games and getting into college,” he said. “I’m looking forward to my senior prom as well.”
