Lakewood Ranch found themselves down 13-14 with less than a minute left and managed to tie the game with 45 seconds remaining. Freshman attackman Elijah Stobaugh then sealed the matchup with a game-winning shot to total LRHS’ goal count at 15 with less than 30 seconds left.

“Everyone pulled through and really emptied their tanks when it was needed,” said sophomore midfielder Josh Kelly who went 27/29 on face-offs last night.

Next up, the Mustangs face the Bishop Verot Vikings who are coming off a loss in a home non-conference matchup at 7 p.m. on Feb. 25.
