(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- The LRHS National Honor Society (NHS) is releasing applications for new members on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
Applicants can distinguish themselves from the rest of the student body by becoming a member of NHS. On their applications, students will list their prior achievements, community service, and other accomplishments from their high school.
“I am considering applying to be a member of NHS because I think it would be a great opportunity to give back and earn more service hours,” said junior Brooke Roberts.
Application are due on Feb. 20 and no late applications will be accepted.
“It’s important to completely fill out all of the sections of the application to have a greater chance of getting inducted,” said NHS parliamentarian, junior Manoela Dos Santos.
