Nominees must also contribute to the continuous improvement of student learning and the school environment, display relevancy and expertise in their content area, engage parents and family in the learning process to enhance student achievements, and demonstrate a commitment to creating a climate of caring and respect conducive to effective teaching and learning.

Victor has been teaching for ten years, nine of which have been here at LRHS. Victor is currently teaching Algebra 2 honors and liberal arts this year.

Many Mustangs agree with this nomination.
