Hayes DuJardin– Mustangs Ahead

NEWS(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – On Wednesday, Aug. 29, LRHS will host its annual “Back to School Night” for parents. This night gives parents the opportunity to go to their children’s classes, meet their teachers, and get an idea of what they’ll learn.

Monday and Tuesday morning first period teachers are providing students with a schedule form to complete and a map to mark locations of their classrooms to make it easier for parents to complete that schedule.

LRHS Back to School Night coordinator Valerie Finnegan stated, “The first bell will ring at 5:55 p.m. for parents to report to their child’s first period class.  We will start first period promptly at 6:00 p.m. and will not be adjusting the bell schedule to accommodate latecomers. The entire schedule will be completed by 7:20 p.m.”

Before parents arrive, they should learn their child’s first period class.  This is where they will receive the rest of their child’s schedule.
