(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS administrators are enforcing a new bathroom policy aimed at addressing problems that were caused when Mustangs went to the bathroom.

Assistant principal Michael Staker mentioned that the new bathroom policy was put in place because “students had trouble getting to the right place” and that “the new system has been working well and we are looking to keep things going the way they are.”

The new policy is supposed to minimize the amount of time students spend while going to the bathroom.

The way it works is that each classroom gets its own clipboard that color corresponds with the building that classroom is in. The color of the clipboard tells kids which bathrooms are the closest, the ones they are supposed to use.
