(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The 2018 LRHS Senior Survey results are in. The survey shows the variety of future endeavors for the class of 2018. The results are based on 420 completed surveys.

LRHS college and career counselor Michelle Todoroff revealed that 57% of graduates are going directly to 4-year-college or university and 25% of graduates are going directly to community college.

The results show that 98% of graduates are going to post-secondary school or into the military.

The survey also breaks down the intended majors of the seniors. The most popular career fields and majors include healthcare at 26% and business at 15%.  This leaves 12% undecided, 15% in fields not listed, 11% in engineering, 5% in arts, and 3% in education.

The survey also shows the estimated amount of scholarships earned, which was $3.6 million.

LRHS seniors have been accepted to schools across the globe including universities in Australia, Hawaii, and Canada.
