Brenna Rademaker – Mustangs Ahead

  (LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Wednesday afternoon in the LRHS auditorium 10 LRHS senior athletes signed National Letters of Intent to the colleges they plan to play for next year.  The Mustangs were –

  • Karen Lyvers to University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida for women’s track.
  • Morgan Lingle to Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania for women’s track
  • Donna Dunkum to Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama for women’s track.
  • Shay Lee to University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama for women’s track.
  • Nick Saranczak to College of Mount St. Vincent in the Bronx, New York for men’s baseball.
  • Michael Koczersut to Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana for men’s football.
  • Audrey Mahoney to Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia for women’s lacrosse.
  • Isis Madden to University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida for women’s rowing.
  • Pablo Vargas to Daytona State College in Daytona Beach, Florida for men’s soccer.
  • Harry Barthelemy to Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina

Koczersut said, “I’m excited to play for a new team and compete for a Division 3 (D3) national championship.  Thank you to all the coaches I had from youth football all the way up to high school that made me enjoy the sport.”

He continued, “Also thank you to my family as well for all the support they gave me.”

Mahoney said, “I can’t wait to be continuing my athletic career at Oglethorpe University.”
