(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS seniors will be leaving very shortly, which means the school behind, along with friends and memories.

The seniors’ last day will be Friday, May 4.  Senior Alexis Brindley said, “I can’t wait to get out of high school, but I will miss seeing the school and my friends every day.”

Senior Michael Conway stated, “It was fun being able to grow up with all my friends in high school and it’s sad that I have to say goodbye to some of them.”

Along with many other seniors, Conway said it’s a “bitter sweet feeling saying goodbye.”

Senior Jonny Mitchell said, “I am going to miss my friends, but I am excited to move on and see what college shows me.”

The last four years have been full of grades, finals, exams, and homecomings. This was the class of 2018’s last prom, last football and basketball games, last homecoming, and their last time being students at Lakewood Ranch.

“To know that this is my last week makes me feel a mix of emotions” said Senior Ty’Raiona Roberts

Taylor Jefferson said, “I am really going to miss my friends and teachers that have inspired me to be a better person.”

Roberto Rodriguez explained, “Since I am very involved in lots of clubs across of school I am going to miss being highly involved thought out the school.”

Even though the year is coming to an end and seniors are getting excited about leaving, they will be missing the memories of their high school years.
