Gabbi Tomaselli – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Results from the 2018 National Latin Exam have come in, and congratulations are in order for several Mustangs.

The National Latin Exam is a 40-question, multiple choice test with a time limit of 45 minutes, offered on seven different levels.

Scott Baker won a silver medal and is recognized as “Maxima Cum Laude,” Olivia Miller is recognized as “Magna Cum Laude,” and Quinn Mitchel as “Cum Laude.”

LRHS Latin teacher Stefania Mitzithras said, “The philosophy of the National Latin Exam is predicated on providing every Latin student the opportunity to experience a sense of personal accomplishment and success in his or her study of the Latin language and culture.”
