Peyton Mclaughlin – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The annual LRHS College and Career Fair took place Friday in the gymnasium. Grades 10-12 were invited to attend this event.

The college and career fair is an opportunity for students to gather information on different career paths that they could pursue in the future.

Tables were set up throughout the gym with exhibits, paperwork, treats and helpful people eager to answer questions.

Junior Jade Patterson said she was happy to see some of her prospective college choices there.

“University of Central Florida and Florida State University because I love Florida,” she said. “They’re close enough and far enough away from home.”

LRHS junior Madison Schaefer said, “The College Fair was very helpful because it helps me try to find a career and school to continue with major.”

Junior Noah Gibbs said, “The College Fair is helpful because it helps me determine my feature.”
