Mustangs march Main Street for charity

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Last Saturday the Marching Mustangs brought smiles to the Bradenton Main Street Parade.

The parade benefits Flight to the North Pole, a nonprofit “Make-A-Wish” program that allows disadvantaged kids to have a special Christmas. The Ferrari Drivers of Sarasota and the Manatee County Sherriff’s Department backed the parade, which also helps raise funds for the band program.

Saturday was also junior trumpet player Christopher Englert’s first parade with the Marching Mustangs.

Englert said, “I just thought it was a good time. I was excited to help the community.”
