Christina Russell – Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Valentine’s Day means something different to everyone. Some LRHS Mustangs shared their experiences with the love-filled holiday.
To some students, the day means doing something nice for someone. Senior Morgan Mcguigan said, “When I was in fourth grade, I got my boyfriend a chocolate baseball, he loved it.”
To others, it means trying to impress that special someone. Junior Alex Baron said, “Last year I tried to write a song for the girl I liked, but I should’ve spent more time in the studio.”
To some, it means going out of your way for the one you care about the most. Sophomore Sammy Benghuzzi said, “I plan to have a groovy flower-filled date at the beach with my girlfriend.”
Sometimes, all people want is a little romantic gesture. Freshman Elizbeth Rutland said, “Last year, I had a huge crush on a boy in my class. He bought me a box of chocolates and I was the happiest girl in the world.”
