(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Thursday LRHS HOSA hosted a teacher breakfast in the school’s mail room. HOSA wanted to show appreciation for the school and its teachers. It featured various foods and pastries for teachers and staff, such as yogurt, biscuits & gravy, danishes, and fruit.

HOSA adviser and LRHS science teacher Maria Whalen said, “We did this to show teachers how much HOSA appreciates them, also to acquaint the officer team with the teachers of this school and vice-versa. Today at lunch we also had a veterans table where people could sign their names to show support of their veterans.”

HOSA historian Nicolette Ngov, sophomore, said, “Our teachers really do a lot for us here, and we all wanted to show them how much we appreciate all the help they give us.”
