Crispy treats can help community

Christina Russell – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS Student Government Association (SGA) is selling Rice Crispy Treats at A, B, and C lunches Nov. 8 and 13.

They are selling treats instead of simply asking for donations since a lot of students already buy school lunch. Two Rice Crispy treats cost $1.

SGA wanted to raise money for the United Way.  The idea was thought of by LHRS assistant principal Valencia Lowen.

The United Way fights for health, education, and financial stability of every person in every community.
