Marching Mustangs face busy weekend

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – At this Friday’s football game against Riverview High School, the Marching Mustangs will be jamming in the stands as usual.

“I’ve always gone to the football games and watched, but I’ve been looking forward to joining,” said freshman tuba player Gianna Hagopian about her first Friday night football game as part of the marching band.

However, the band will not be marching their competitive show on the field at half time, because band camp starts the day after the game from 1 p.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday.

The Marching Mustangs will continue to work hard on learning their show and improving their skills, along with building spirit in the stands at the first football game of the year.
