(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS’s first full week of school kicked off Monday with a freshman class meeting during third period.

The entire freshman class assembled in the auditorium to listen to Principal Craig Little speak about Lakewood Ranch High School’s expectations of high schoolers.

Throughout the meeting, the freshmen were prepped with knowledge about the “do’s and don’ts” of the ranch.

Freshman Meghan Llamas stated, “We were informed of the rules, consequences, and actions of the school.”

Little spent time explaining violations such as dress code and skipping class. He also informed students of the consequences and encourages them to avoid these negative outcomes.

Freshman Corinne Kasten explained, “I was able to learn more about the school. It taught me a lot.”

Today’s freshmen meeting was followed by an afternoon session for sophomores.

Tuesday’s class meetings are scheduled as follows –
