Though her first day at LRHS was in October, 2016, today was the first time she was on campus for the first day of school.

Now on her eighth year of teaching, Kasper taught at an elementary, middle, and high school prior to LRHS.

“I’ve had experience in other grade levels, and I realized this is where I want to be,” she commented. “I’m very excited to be here.”

As the new SGA adviser, she is eagerly anticipating the events the club members will come up with.

“We have a very solid group of officers and I think they will be able to move [the club] in a positive direction,” Kasper said.

Kasper is looking forward to the fundraisers and getting to know more of the faculty members.
