(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Friday was the last day for Mustangs to purchase prom tickets. Upon purchasing tickets, students received a slip of paper containing “Helpful Hints for Prom.”  The LRHS prom is scheduled for April 28.

Helpful Hints for Prom:

• Please remember this is a school sponsored event and should be treated as such
• Attire is FORMAL (guys must wear a suit jacket and/or tie). Students not meeting the dress code will not be admitted and NO refunds will be given
• NO denim
• The only allowable hats are top hats and fedoras
• All “party buses” and limos are subject to searches upon arrival
• Breathalyzer tests will be administered at the discretion of the staff
• Students must attend school at least half the day April 28^th in order to be eligible to attend Prom
• Ticket #’s must match purchaser’s name at the door
• All students need a photo ID to be admitted

LRHS chemistry teacher and Junior Advisory Board (JAB) adviser Tana Phelps said students should contact her with any questions.  The JAB sponsors the prom.
