Tori Carr and Tori Price – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The first 2016 LRHS blood drive has been rescheduled to Thursday, Sept. 22 due to hurricane Hermine.

Students 16 years or older can donate. All appointment times will remain the same.  Students who need to change their donation time should contact LRHS science teacher and blood drive coordinator Maria Whalen in room 412. LRHS staff members do not need to set up appointment times. A list of students and appointment times will be posted before the event.

The blood drive will be set up in the gymnasium and donors will be escorted to the mobile bus.

Whalen reminded donors, no matter what age, to make sure to bring both parent permission forms with them to their appointments. Food and drinks will be available beforehand if needed.

The second blood drive has been rescheduled to Nov. 30, an even day.

Anyone with questions or concerns can contact Whalen at (941)-727-6100, x2053.
