(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Football usually means a return to school and fall This month, however, marks the beginning of Spring Football at LRHS and other area high schools.
Football is a year-long commitment. That means that the spring is high time for improvement before the fall. Spring is also a good time for anybody who wants to see if they can play to come out and test the waters.
“About 80 kids” said Head Coach Mick Koczersut about the number of kids coming to conditioning. Conditioning began April 7, and will continue until practice begins on April 27. Practice will go for three weeks and will end with the Spring Game May 22 at home against Booker.
