(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Two students were crowned Mustang royalty at Thursday night’s Miss Lakewood Ranch Pageant.
Juniors Isabelle Starner was crowned Miss Lakewood Ranch and Nate Gross was crowned Mr. Mustang.

The pageant included an evening dress competition for the girls and a talent category. Starner’s ballet dance helped her to victory.
“I was shocked, in awe really,” Starner said. “It was a great feeling.”
Gross said, “I was a bit anxious before they announced the winners, but pleasantly surprised when they called my name.”
They both received free prom tickets, parking at the front of the school, entry to sporting events, and grad bash tickets.
“I’m mostly looking forward to representing the school and supporting the community,” Starner said.
Gross agreed, adding, “I’m definitely looking forward to hosting the pageant next year.”
Among the other 2015-16 winners at the pageant were sophomore princess Langston Sellars, junior princess Maile Resch and prince Ryan Blakemore and senior princess Nicole Peterson and prince Lentz Laurent.
