(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS softball team will host its annual senior night this Friday, April 10 against Bayshore High School at 7 p.m.
Lakewood Ranch will recognize three seniors for 2015: First baseman Alicia Wagner, left fielder Sierra Schappacher and third baseman Kahlie Bickerstaff.
“I’m really excited to be graduating. I’ve been looking forward to my future at McDaniel College in Maryland,” stated Wagner.
Bickerstaff will continue her third base career at Hillsborough Community College.
“I’ve been looking forward to college ever sense I committed for softball,” said Bickerstaff. “I’m also glad that my school is only about an hour away so I can visit home and all my friends as much as possible.”
Schappacher will not play college softball, but will attend State College of Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University.
This will be the team’s last game until the district tournament when the Mustangs are scheduled to play Braden River High.
