(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The new year has finally arrived and many are questioning who will be the next Miley Cyrus? Which celebrity will most embarrass him or herself publicly? Some Lakewood Ranch students already have their predictions.

Sophomore Nate Davidson is among the many who look to the music industry’s crazed celebrities. “If any celebrity this year will freak out and lose their mind, I would say that it’s going to be Kanye West. After his last music video, who knows what could be next?”

Senior Emilee Carls also believes another artist could be swinging from a wrecking ball. “I think that Selena Gomez is going to be the first celebrity to embarrass herself this year.”

Now officially out of the music business, Justin Beiber is a candidate for embarrassment. Junior Jessica Lambert is sure it will be him. “Its Beiber. Something will end up happening.”

Freshman Football player Hayden Price believes that Texas A&M’s “Mister Football” will ruin his career in 2014. Price thinks that Johnny Manziel might “end up losing it, now that he is for sure going to the NFL. He has a past of bad behavior off the field, and if he doesn’t mature this year, it could be disastrous this year.”
